In such events, we will disclose, as allowed by applicable laws, information relevant and necessary to the investigation or inquiry, such as name, personal identification number, city, state or province, provincial postal code, telephone number, email address, User ID history, IP address, fraud complaints etc.
Credit bureaus with which we might report information about your account, including information on overdue payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your account may be reflected in your credit report, as allowed by applicable law.

HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN THE PERSONAL DATA?
We keep your personal data as long as we need to, to fulfil our commitment meaning; provide the product, service or contact, invoice handling and handle complaints etc.
We retain your personal data up to 20 years after our business contact has expired as a maximum. Some data is regulated by Swedish law and requires us to save data for a specified period. Contact information is kept if the warranty is still active for a product. If you have given a consent for us to retain your personal data for a specific period we will keep your data until the consent expires or you wish to be forgotten.

ACCESS, EVALUATION AND CORRECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
You have the right to get information about what personal data is stored on you at Progress Ingeniørfirma. Petition of a withdrawal is sent in writing. If you consider the information to be false or inaccurate, please send us an update in writing.
You access your personal data by sending a petition in writing to info@transauto.se. We will meet the rights you have according to the law, regarding correction and deletion of personal data.

TRANSFERRING PERSONAL DATA
We retain and handle your personal data on Swedish servers, and server placed in other parts of the world. We guarantee that we provide efficient protection to your personal data when it is transferred to places outside the EES. Transfers between our corporate family is made with support from binding corporate regulations.
We use physical, technical and organizational safety arrangements In proportion to amount and sensitivity of personal data, to prevent unauthorised access, use, loss, destruction or harm to the personal data.
We use firewalls, crypt of data and access rights and controls for server handling among our other safety arrangements.

This privacy statement covers Progress Ingeniørfirmas websites, but not other websites we link to. You should read privacy statements for those websites before submitting personal data.

SECURITY
It is always a risk to hand out personal data over the internet. No technical systems are completely safe from hacking. Progress Ingeniørfirma has taken all relevant technical safety actions which is mandatory to protect the personal data from unauthorised access, change or destruction.
